How does your professional experience relate to your role as Lead Reviewer?
As a doctor and psychotherapist, I engage daily with effective communication, clear language use, and attentive listening. This empowers me to understand the needs of team members, interact with them meaningfully, and ensure high-quality and consistent language use in translations. I am fully aware of how poor communication and insufficient language skills can profoundly affect people's lives.

What do you like most about being a translation reviewer for the 91传媒 Pathways learning experience?
What I like most about being a lead reviewer is the fact that I can help to enhance the quality of the German translations, especially the consistency of the translation within each project and within the series of the whole project. The 91传媒 education program is a high quality program with a huge impact on members' lives. That should also be reflected in the quality of the translations.
